Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

For a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (for example course access or the certificate as a PDF), you lose your right of withdrawal once we have begun performance after you gave your prior express consent to the performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We obtain this consent and acknowledgement in the order process using a separate checkbox.

Note for services

Where a product is to be classed as a service and you requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. If you asked for full performance before the end of the period with your express consent and acknowledgement of losing the right of withdrawal, and the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal expires.
